About these terms
These terms govern your use of veredasports.com, operated by Vereda Sports Group ("Vereda"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. Any paid services are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Applications are not an engagement
Submitting an application, sending an inquiry, or taking part in a free consultation does not create a client relationship and does not mean Vereda has accepted an athlete. Vereda is selective and may decline any application at its discretion.
No guarantee of outcomes
Vereda provides evaluation, education, and guidance. We do not guarantee, and cannot control, college admission, athletic scholarships or other financial aid, roster positions, playing time, transfer destinations, eligibility determinations, or professional opportunities. Those decisions belong to colleges, coaches, admissions offices, and governing bodies, and depend on many factors, including athletic ability, academics, roster needs, timing, and finances.
Not legal or compliance advice
Information on this site and in our guidance is general and educational. It is not legal advice and is not an eligibility determination. For eligibility and rules questions, the NCAA Eligibility Center, the NAIA Eligibility Center, the NJCAA, and each school's compliance office are the authoritative sources.
Accurate information
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are the athlete, or the athlete's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission to submit it. Applications for athletes under 18 must include a parent or guardian's consent.
Independence
Vereda is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, the NAIA, the NJCAA, any conference, or any college, university, or athletics program. Names of institutions appear only to describe players' and the founder's own histories. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Stories and content
Player stories are published with each player's permission and are labeled to show what they represent. Site content, design, and the Vereda name and logo belong to Vereda and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Vereda is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information.
