Five steps, built around one athlete at a time
Our process is selective by design. It lets us give every athlete we work with real attention and honest guidance.
From application to guidance
Applying is not acceptance. A free consultation or an application does not mean Vereda has accepted an athlete as a client. We may decline an application when our services are not the appropriate fit, and we'll tell you so directly.
- Step 1
Apply
The athlete submits an application with their background, academic information, position, and video. It takes about ten minutes, and a parent or guardian is included for athletes under 18.
- Step 2
Evaluation
Vereda reviews the athlete's profile and film and determines whether the athlete may be a suitable fit for our services.
- Step 3
Consultation
A conversation to understand the athlete's goals, ambitions, and recruiting situation, and to answer the family's questions.
- Step 4
Strategy
If accepted, Vereda develops an individualized recruiting or transfer strategy, and we agree on the scope of support before work begins.
- Step 5
Guidance
The athlete receives guidance throughout the agreed scope of the process, from preparation and outreach to evaluating opportunities and making a decision.
What you can expect, and what we won't do
You can expect
- An honest read of the athlete's level, explained with specifics
- Advice grounded in how college staffs actually evaluate and recruit
- Plain explanations of rules, timelines, and options
- Parents or guardians included for athletes under 18
- A clear explanation of scope and cost before any work begins
We won't
- Promise offers, scholarships, admission, roster spots, or playing time
- Push a division or school because of its name
- Pressure a family into a decision or a service
- Share an athlete's information with anyone without permission
- Tell you what you want to hear instead of what we see
