Both services begin with an honest, film-based read of the player across eight areas.

  • Technical

    First touch, passing range, ball manipulation under pressure, and execution with both feet at game speed.

  • Tactical

    Decision-making, positioning, scanning, and understanding of team shape in and out of possession.

  • Physical

    Speed, acceleration, strength in duels, endurance, and how the physical profile projects to the college game.

  • Mentality

    Competitiveness, work rate, response to mistakes and pressure, communication, and coachability.

  • Position-specific qualities

    What coaches look for at the player's position, from a goalkeeper's distribution to a winger's ability to beat a defender.

  • College projection

    Which levels and types of programs look realistic today, and how that could change with development.

  • Recruiting readiness

    Film, profile, exposure, and timing relative to class year or transfer window.

  • Academic considerations

    How the academic profile and goals widen or narrow the list of schools where the player could be admitted and succeed.

An evaluation is professional opinion at one point in time, not a prediction or a promise. Final decisions about recruiting, admission, and aid belong to each program.
