How we handle your information
Plain language, specific to what this website actually does. Last updated November 2026.
Who we are
Vereda Sports Group ("Vereda," "we") operates veredasports.com. You can reach us at hello@veredasports.com.
What we collect
Athlete applications. Name, date of birth, email, phone, country, state, city, current school, graduation or college year, positions, preferred foot, height (optional), soccer history and competition level, links to video and recruiting profiles, academic information you choose to share (such as GPA, intended study, and test information), recruiting goals, and, for athletes under 18, a parent or guardian's name, email, phone, and consent.
General inquiries. Your name, email, optional phone, your role, and your message.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, Social Security or other government ID numbers, passwords, financial account details, or medical information. The forms accept links only, not file uploads.
How we use it
Only to review applications, reply to inquiries, and, if we agree to work together, to provide the services agreed. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share an athlete's information with colleges, coaches, or anyone else without the athlete's permission, and a parent or guardian's permission for athletes under 18.
Athletes under 18
Applications for athletes under 18 require a parent or guardian's contact details and consent. We copy the parent or guardian on our communication. A parent or guardian may ask at any time to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about their child.
Where it's stored and who processes it
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to a private Google Apps Script service owned by Vereda's Google Workspace account. Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet and delivered by email to hello@veredasports.com. Google acts as our service provider for this processing. This website is hosted by a static hosting provider that does not receive your form data.
Access is limited to Vereda. We keep application information while it is useful for the purpose it was submitted for, and we delete records on request or when no longer needed.
Spam protection
Our forms use hidden spam checks. If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile verification, Cloudflare processes limited technical information to confirm that a person, not a bot, is submitting the form.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not currently use analytics. If you leave an application unfinished, your progress is held temporarily in your browser tab's session storage and is cleared when the tab closes or the application is submitted. If we add analytics, we will update this page first.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@veredasports.com.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
